Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by SDB Enterprises Inc., doing business as "Tiger Business Services" ("Tiger Business Services," "we," "our," or "us") (the "Site") and any related services we provide, including consultation requests and SMS messaging. By using the Site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

The Site is intended for legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements and, if you are submitting information on behalf of a business, that you are authorized to do so.

Nature of Services

Tiger Business Services provides management consulting, financial advisory, and related services. Information provided on this Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice, and no information presented here creates an advisor–client relationship. Engagements are governed exclusively by a separately executed engagement letter or agreement.

Submitting an Inquiry

When you submit a consultation or project inquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you consent to be contacted by Tiger Business Services by email and, if you provide one, by phone, regarding your inquiry. Submitting an inquiry does not obligate either party to enter into an engagement.

SMS Messaging Terms

The following terms apply to the Tiger Business Services SMS program. By opting in, you agree to the following:

• Program description. The Tiger Business Services SMS program sends both conversational messages (scheduling coordination, document requests, and follow-up on consultation inquiries you have initiated) and marketing and promotional messages about Tiger Business Services' services, offers, and updates.
• Opt-in. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website contact form (or by providing equivalent written consent in another channel). Consent to receive marketing or promotional SMS is not a condition of any purchase or service.
• Message frequency. Message frequency is recurring and varies based on your active conversation and any active marketing campaigns. You should typically expect up to 6 messages per month.
• Charges. Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan. Tiger Business Services does not charge for SMS messages.
• Opt-out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation, after which no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.
• Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at dovl@tigercapitalfunding.com.
• Carrier disclaimer. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and Sprint, among others. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by SDB Enterprises Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems; (c) interfere with the operation of the Site; or (d) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites and provide such links for convenience only.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SDB Enterprises Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any inquiry submitted through it.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
